What is the proceedure to file my divorce pro se?
We would like to file our own uncontested no-fault divorce since there is custody or property between us and we have been living apart for over eight years. Where do we get the forms and where do we take them? What are the filing fees?

As far as I know, there are no forms per se to file an uncontested divorce. The rules of procedure have exhibit forms that will work. Try your county law library. Filing costs and service should not run over $200.
