Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Protecting myself from someone who has a restraining order against me

In PA how can I protect myself from harassment from someone who has a restraining order against me? This ex- is putting my 8 yr old son up to calling me and telling me he can do certain things because I didn't give his mother the money for it. I pay child support and it is our agreement for her to pay for things out of that.

Sounds like a custody complaint is in the offing. Putting a child in the middle of this is not in the Best interests of the child. Its just wrong.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
