Do I have to provide documentation to show where the money from child support is being spent on the children?

No, you do not need documentation to show how you are spending child support. There isn't even any restrictions on how you spend this money. The PA support guidelines take into consideration the cost of raising a child, including the cost to put a roof over their heads, the cost of utilities, etc.
