Lets say I know someone who is involved in a childrens buruea case and was asked to lie on the mother and fathers behalf about an incedent that they witnessed and there are other people testifing against the parents. How much trouble can this person get for purgery?

Its a felony of the 3rd degree and you get state prison time up to 7 years.
