Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Question on child rights while with the non primary parent? I found out that the mother is not staying at her parents house when she has the kids every other weekend (her permanent residence should be her parents place). I drop the boys off at her parents house and then she takes them over to her boy friends apartment that he shares with a roommate. She has them sleep on the couch while she sleeps in the bed room. plus the boys told me that the roommate has watched them before while mommy goes out.

Before I confront the mother on this matter I want to know what legal rights I have as the primary parent. We do not have a court appointed custody agreement and we have been divorced over 4 years. I want to make sure I'm legally in the right with the concerns that I have.

Unless you know that the location your children are is unsafe for your children leave this alone or sit down with a local family lawyer. Generally you don't get to micromanage your children's lives when they are in the other parent's custody.
