Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

question about child support?

I am 18 years old now and my mother is no longer recieving child support for me...I will be attending school in the fall to further my education. My father refuses to help me with schooling. Can I take him myself for child support to help pay my tuition and bills for school?

Re: question about child support?

Unfortunately PA does not require your father to assist you with your education after high school unless he voluntarily agreed to do so.

Good luck to you.
