Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

i have one question. custody. my 14 year od is asking to change custody. assuming you believe me, its all about how i question her internet activities and big dollar sport camps. i never deny her�.. so her mom hired a lawyer to take me to court. since i have joint legal custody, can i dismiss the case since i don't approve the whole proceeding based on what i told you above?
