my question is that my fathers son and i had a verbal agreement for custody of my son and now he was taken what we agreed away from me and i want to know if he can legally do that cuz we don't have a court order that says what we agreed on

Yes, he can do that. Verbal agreements regarding child custody are not enforceable. When there is no court order regarding custody, each parent has equal rights to the child. While there is no order, either of you could deny visits to the other parent.
