Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Ok i have a question. My mother and i almost got into an argument for it. Here's the story. My brother is with a lady right now who has 2 young children of her own. They live with my brother now at his house. My mom say's if they stay together for 10 yrs or plus...if something happens to the lady like if she dies or something (God 4bid) that the father of her 2 kids can take my brother to court and ask for a portion of the house because they lived there with the mom etc etc...i say NO there's no way that can happen...am i right or wrong?
