Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
My question is about paternity. If there is a DNA test performed and the man who signed the birth certificate is found not to be the biological father what is his legal obligation after the child is proven via a DNA not to be his child? Can child support be stopped? What will be the mans legal responsibility if the child is proven not to be his? The state is PA.
