Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
This question is regarding the Pennsylvania state law.
Can a 20 year old guy, (21 this year) date a 16 year old girl legally? There is a five year difference in age.
Even if it's not sexual?
If I want to take her on a trip to New york city without her parents consent, could I or her be charged with anything?
Her "parents" (biological mother and stepfather) are users of mariujana and they are extremely unfit as parents. They have three kids, one 16 year old girl, One 12 year old girl and a 7 year old autistic boy.
They are all being psychologically abused.
Is there anything I can do to make social services intervene?
I have already called them on the parents once before when it got heated, but they claimed to need evidence of abuse. Would it suffice if I could provide evidence of their mariujana use?
Best regards
Joa

Legally maybe but one misstep and you won't be her lover you'll be her rapist.
You expect anyone to believe it's not a sexually relationship? Oh please.
She would be a victim and you could be looking at kidnapping charges.
You need to step away from this situation. You Can't be dating an alleged victim and then trying to rescue her at the same time.
My advice is to walk away.
If you don't well I do do criminal defense work.
