Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

here's the question,i have a court order that states i must pick up my son at 4pm everyother friday,i was offered a job that is going to conflict with this. will i be breaking the law if i take this job?

If you do not do the pick up at 4 PM, as ordered, you cold be considered in contempt of the court order. If you cannot negotiate a new time with the other parent, you can file a petition to modify with the court.
