questions regarding moving

dose any one know were I can find information on

njsa 9:2-2 I11 rev stat ch 40 609 (1977) see also wilder pa family law prac and prc 3rd ed 28-15 at 324 I have looked online and can not find anyhthing on it

I am trying to find out how to go about moving my court order states that my child must attend a certain school but dose not say that I can not move

I wish to place my child in a better school and have to move to do this

the mother dose not live with in the same state as me and I have full physical and shared legal custody with her

I only wish to move 30 miles from my current home and this would not interfer with visitaion

I am looking for any laws in PA that might prevent me from being able to move and also information on how I can move my child from one school to the other since the court order states what school she must attend

the school that is stated in the court order dose not even exist IE the spelling in the court order is incorrect

is there any one that can point me in the right direction on any point mentioned above?

If the mother does not object a joint motion to modify the order is appropriate. If she does not agree you must petition the court to modify based on the circumstance that you want to move the child to a better school. I offer free consultations.
