Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
I have a few questions...there is not one specific category to place this but I think we're going to need a lawyer due to so many details but...I am now dating a guy who's ex use to be my friend (over 15 years ago) even then I witnessed her cheating on him and now she is pulling much larger things. His kids call him crying because she refuses to let them see him and their life is a mess there in general. There is never any food in the house; and although not a big thing, no cable, phone, or transportation within the home. We have started the divorce procedings and figure on filing for custody by tomorrow or the following day. She is spending all the money on 'smoke' and other drugs. Today she sold a van that is in both their names without his signature; we're not sure if she sold it without the title such as just for parts or if someone forged his signature. Then talking to the sister today we found out that she was collecting child support for years on a son (out of three kids) he had living with him. We're just done...something needs to be done for him before she pulls more out of him. Yes, he's let her but when it comes to the kids, I've finally gotten through that he has to do something for their sake but...my final question is, can anything really be done about support that was already paid and a car that was sold to Lord knows who?

Now he has to take a action. There are just to many issues to address in a simple response. You allege several crimes and mistreatment of children in addition he has filed to for divorce and is considering a custody action. With all that you need a lawyer.
