Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
should i reason with wife in a custody and support battle when my rights have been taken by her since the split without cause or go in with a defence trying to show truth and get what i feel is fair from the begining.

It is hard to advise how to present a case without doing a thorough client evaluation, but without a custody order, both parents have equal and undivided rights to the child, so they can stop visitation with the other parent until the court orders otherwise. One factor the Court does look at when making a custody determination is: which parent is most likely to encourage frequent visitation and communication with the other parent, so if she has been withholding visits, for no good reason, that may be a factor in your favor.
I would highly recommend retaining a lawyer to litigate this matter for you. Custody Court can be complicated and emotions run high, so it is best to have someone who understands the Court and has no emotional tie to the case.
