Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Am I able to receive part of my husband's retirement funds. He is planning to move to Puerto Rico with his girlfriend, and I afraid that I will be left with all the responsibilities of paying for house mortage and etc.

You would be entitled to a portion of his retirement funds accumulated during the marriage. You may want to file and serve the divorce on him before he moves to Puerto Rico, as it may become more difficult then. I do not have all of the facts, but perhaps you are entitled to temporary alimony or spousal support to help pay for the mortgage. Please call for free 1/2 consult.
