Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I received two papers from my husband for a divorce. One is basically stating he is sueing me in the court for divorce and the other paper is saying I received the first paper (or at least that is what hes telling me) I dont understand thepaper Im suppose to sign. If I typed it here would you be able to explain it to me? Thank you
