i recently filed for divorce my husband refuse to let my kids be around my boyfriend he ha a misderminor 7 years ago is my ex husband allowed to do that he says he doesnt want a criminal around the kids it was for buying marajuana he was arrested and released the next morning.

In addition to the divorce, you should have filed for support and custody if you are living apart. Something 7 years ago may not be considered to be relevant by the court. I offer free consults at several locations.
