Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I recently had a hearing with my daughter's father for custody. I received the papers last night after coming home from a weekend vacation - the papers say that my daughter should have gone with her father yesterday. Am I in contempt of court since I didn't go by the order, though I hadn't yet received it? Also, it is a proposed order of custody and the order is recommended. Does that mean that it's a set order? In addition, the father is now trying to bribe me with money to "work it out." Is it legal for him to try to bribe me to change a court order? I live in PA. Thank you.

Did you have an attorney? If so ask him . If not get one. If the papers you received were based on a conference perhaps the proposed Order is just a recommendation. If so it is not an Order until signed by a judge.
