I recently got married, he is buying his house on land contract, he got divorced in 2004 and his exwife decides she wants her name of off the house and she wants her share. is she entitled to anything and if so how do we figure how much is entitled to.

If your husband is buying the house now, and was divorced in 2004, I can't imagine a scenario where she would be entitled to anything. The divorce decree should lay out the parties' rights concerning their property settlement, among other things.
