Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Hello. I just recently met someone who lives in Sheeandoah, PA. He lives alone and after a few months of dating he tells me that he is married that his wife left him 8years ago only lived with him for 3 yrs and returned to finland. My question is that does she still own anything the home in which her name is on the home and we were talking about moving to florida and buying a home there. still keeping the home in PA. Would she be entitled to any part of the home in Florida or anything else that belonged to him and should my name go on the home in Florida. He is trying to get an enullment thru his church and I am not sure what this is all about.What is her rights now if any: He is 71 and I am in my late 50's. This is a concern for me if I plan to start a future with this person.
