If you do not already have a custody order, I would recommend filing for custody rights to obtain an Order. Please contact me if you require legal assistance to do so.

It is advisable to have a custody visitation order in matters such as these. If you do have one and your ex is not allowing the children to see you then she may be in contempt of the order. if you do not have a custody or visitation order this issue will be addressed at that time.
