Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

The 5th amendment prohibition against self incrimination only applies to testimony and statements they may be offered as evidence. Not things like drug test on handwriting samples.

That said is there some reason you think you or your child would not pass a drug test?

As a parent I would be concerned if someone in my household was using drugs.
