Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Can I record phone conversations without the other party knowing and use those recordings in court? Or do I have to notify the other party they are being recorded?

No. In Pennsylvania both sides must consent to the conversation being recorded. If you don't it's a 3rd degree felony.
