Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

recording phone calls

I am the custodial parent and am interested in recording the phone conversations I have with the non-custodial parent. Does she need to consent to this or is my consent as one party sufficient?

Without the consent of both parties you would be in violation of the Pennsylvania Wiretap Act.
