Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Right to refuse appointment with Child Services

I have a 15 year old, pregnant daughter. She has always been a bright, exceptional young lady. However, once she became pregnant to a 19 year old man federally indicted drug dealer..that all changed. Thru all the issues Children and Youth became involved. This is not about a complaint of abuse, physically or mentally but a case due to her being truant from school, isssues she has with me because I want her to have nothing to do with the felon. Children and Youth have been involved since Oct. We agreed to have Family Councling within our home to strengthen our relationship, issues. We have had some rough spots with me telling her to get out and her leaving on her home recently. I do my part each and everytime..I report her!!! She runs to the boyfriends mothers house. She knows that is in violation of her safety plan. As does his mother. She has been there for approximately 10 days so far. Tues, Jan 20, 2009 there is a group meeting being held for all, along with the boyfriends mother. I originally agreed to come to the meeting. However, now I am considering not going. I know the rules. Ive been aware, following them. It is not a court ordered meeting. Its their turn to hear it all. Do I have the right to refuse to attend?

First off has the dad been charged with statutory rape?

Whether you attend is a personal choice only you can make.
