Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

renegotiation of divorce property settlement

What are the chances of the court agreeing that a loan in a property settlement agreement should not have to be paid.

The terms of the loan do not make it a financial hardship for the payee. The only change in payees life is a new marriage.
