Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
reopening support case for emancipated child
My daughter quuit school while living with me at the age of 16. At age 18, she moved back in with her mother and began an internet home school program to get her HS diploma, I was ordered by a judge to pay support for her until June 1, 2002(although she was already 18, and I did so without grumbling). She failed to graduate by June 1st,so the case was closed. She turned 19 in Aug, 2002, works fulltime, AND has again decided to attempt the internet based home school course. Her mother has opened a NEW child support case! Am i actually liable for this, do I need an attorney??? HELP!

You really should retain a lawyer to fight this.
