we been seperated for 9 years in april what do i have to do to get my divorce.

You need to file for a divorce with the Court of Common Pleas. You can get a divorce based on 2 years separation.

You need to file a Divorce Complaint against your spouse. Depending upon whether your spouse will consent to the divorce determines how quickly you can have a divorce decree entered in your case.
