Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Can you rescind a custody agreement which is already signed by both parties. We have already taken in front of a district justice.

What a minute district justices do not handle custody. That's handled in the Court of Common Pleas. There would need to be a custody petition filed with a stipulation as to what the custody order would be.
