Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I reside in Arkansas and my ex wife and son reside in Pennsylvania. I have recently learned that she signed over guardianship to his girlfriend's parents in a neighboring county so that he may attend school with her. My ex wife is still collecting child support for him while continuing to reside in low-income housing. I was not informed of her plans for my son and I did not sign over guardianship. She did all of this behind my back. Since I still have partial custody, is this legal?

I see a couple of issues here. The first mom should NOT be getting child support. To make that happen contact the Support Office where the order is and file for a modification.

You don't say if legal custody is shared. If it is you have the right to be informed of the child's whereabouts and living situation.

There is a custody order in place you need to file a petition to see it is followed.
