Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am a resident of PA. I am getting married in the state of NY not NYC. The finger lakes region of NY. Do I have to get a lawyer in PA or NY to do the pre-nup? And What state laws do I have to go by if we would get divorced. I live in PA and plan to live in PA.

You can get this done in PA. If you were to get divorced, it doesn't matter where you got married. Where you live for the six months prior to the divorce is what controls, thus if you live in PA, PA divorce laws will control.

If you would like to discuss this further, feel free to call me. I offer free phone consultations.
