Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Restraining Order on Adult Child

Is there some legal way to keep an adult child from entering your home?

I care for my elderly parents and my daughter who does not live in the home has stolen their credit cards, and now my credit cards. My parents aren't willing to turn their backs on their grandaughter but I need to be able to protect them and myself.

Would a restraining order apply here?

No because she's stealing not threatening physical harm. Because she stole from you, you can press criminal charges if your bank hasn't already.
