Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Reversal of adoption

Can an adoption be reversed if the person who signed over their parental rights to the child was not the biological father? And the biological father never knew he had such child?

Re: Reversal of adoption

It would depend on the situation. You could possibly argue that the adoption order ought to be vacated because the parental rights of the true biological father were not effectively terminated. You would also have to be able to establish paternity of the child.
