revoking fathers rights
my ex husband has not seen,called or sent anything to are four children in almost 4 years. He has not paid child support in at least a year,just got out of jail and going back on the 19 for failure to comply with a court order for child support. the judge we are going in front of knows he has a history of domestic violence and drugs which he is still currently using what steps do i need to take to get his rights revoked or can I even do that ? we live in pa.

Unless some one is going to adopt the child the courts will not make your child an orphan.
Terminating his rights would also relieve him of the duty of child support. If doing what he is doing gets him a free pass then non-custodial parents everywhere would do the same thing. Making it all but impossible to enforce any support order.

you may be able to have his contact with the child limited to court supervised visitation once a week (or once every two weeks). It is very difficult to have a parent's rights TOTALLY revoked. I'd say go with the approach that you are trying to limit it to court supervision and if he doesnt show up, it will be recorded by the court staff and then you file a petition to amend his custody to practically nothing.
