My Rights

I had an affair with a married woman and she had my son. She is 15yrs. younger than me and has decided to move on. I just want to know how I can see my boy because he is the world to me. She won't go along with any d.n.a. tests. He is now 5yrs. old. My son for 3.Please if you can help me reunite with my son and take care off him-I will do anything...Thank-You for your time.

If you push the matter you will have an obligation to pay support. You will have to bring an action for custody and/visitation. You can force the blood test if there is a dispute. Suggest you seek the advice of legal counsel. If you are sincere you can get visitation rights. However, be prepared to pay a weekly support obligation. If I can be of any assitence please call.
