Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

What are my rights?

Dear Guru,

My boyfriend's going through a 2.5 year divorce and she won't allow him to see his boys. She recently told the principle of their school not to allow him to see them there. There's no current custody order at this time...What can he do now without taking her to court? He's going to generations after the holidays but he would like to see them now. This is not a support issue. She just can't except that he's moving on. What are his rights?

Please help,

He needs to go to court to enforce his custody rights.
