Rights to a decedents assets by surviving spouse

In Pennsylvania does a surviving spouse have rights or access to a decedents inheritance, in the form of real estate or land, if there was no Will and no evidence of Divorce if the inheritance was granted prior to marriage to the surviving spouse?

A surviving spouse has defined rights to her deceased husband's assets even if he owned them before the marriage.
