My rights as an expecting father

My ex fiance and i broke up around a month and a half ago she is pregnant with my child therre is no doubt about that but she is threatening not to inform me when the child is born...and more heartbreaking and important to me not to use my last name can she do that?

You are going to need to file an acknowledgement of paternity with the Department of Public Health. This will be indexed so that your parental rights cannot be terminated. If she refuses to agree with your acknowledgement you will have to file a complaint for custody alleging your paternity and move the court to order blood tests to prove it.
