The ex won't send any clothes when the kids visit

My bf pays his ex $650.00 a month for child support for his 2 kids, but when his ex and her new bf brings the kids for the weekend or even for their summer 2 weeks visit, she never sends them clothes...just the clothes on their backs. When we made mention of this she says she absolutely buys the kids clothing with the child support but she doesn't have to send the clothing back and forth with the girls, that if the girls need clothes while they are here we can wash the clothes they are wearing everyday or buy them clothing to keep here at our house. Is this possible? Why does he pay her child support and then also have to buy them clothing to keep here at our house since he only sees his girls 48 days out of the year? Can we take her back to court to get the child support modified so he doesn't have to pay so much if he has to buy the girls clothing anyway?... what do you suggest we do??

You could ask the court to modify the custody order to include a provision that the mother provide sufficient clothing for thier visits. Her behavior also may be a contempt of court. Her behavior really does not impact the issue of child support. I offer free consultations.

This is not a support issue, but rather one for custody; to get included in the Order that she has to provide the clothes for his periods of partial custody and visitation.
