I have been separated from my husband since novemeber of 2005. In 2007 I started a business. What can I do to get him to sign off from the responsibility and benefits from my business?

Usually, anything acquired after the date of the separation is separate property. See 23 PACSA 3501(a)(4). However, you should have a marital settlement agreement indicating how the marital property will be divided and indicating what is separate.
