Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am separated and my wife filed for divorce and I have two stepsons. Am I required by law to keep paying for her and her children from previous marriage, medical insurance in WV. I am living in PA.

You have 2 stepsons. Did you adopt the children? If not, you are not obligated to support them. With regard to your wife, you need to get a marital agreement. Contact a family attorney. If property is still in WV and that is where your wife lives, you will need an attorney in WV to assist you. I do not live in WV and am not licensed to practice there.
