Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
I have been separated for 7 years, but have not yet legally divorced. I pay child support for 2 children, one will be 18 in may. If I won the lottery, would she be able to get any of it?

Since the lottery ticket, I assume, was purchased with non-marital funds and the lottery winnings would be acquired after the date of separation, then no. See 23 Pa.C.S.A. 3501(a) which says in relevant part:
Marital property does not include, among other things:
(4) Property acquired after final separation until the date of divorce, except for property acquired in exchange for marital assets.
