Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I've been separated for 15 years I no longer have the obligation for child support. All my kids have been thru college and have been paid for college. Does 15 years of separation constitute a divorced?

No. You need to file a divorce complaint and get a divorce decree.
