Separation father rights
my wife wants me to move out while we go thru the divorce process. If I don't want to, can her filing for divorce force me out of our house

Potentially it could. That said after she files for divorce she could petition court for an order of exclusive possession. She would then have to prove in court why you should be excluded from the marital residence.
