Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Separation when one party disputes

My boyfriend & I have been together for 9 1/2 years, we have 4 kids together. We have 2 vehicles that each of us use he owns both. If we separate do I have a right to the one I use? If so how do I get it? Do I have a right to move away from the area? How do I establish full custody of the kids?

Re: Separation when one party disputes

You can establish custody, generally shared, by filing with Domestic Relations in the county in which you live.

They have general forms for doing so.

If you are a co-owner in the car, you should

have equal rights. Appears that you do.
