What rights to the man & or woman

have when one party leaves in respect to jointly owned property

when neither want to pay for a devorce ?

As there is no such thing as legal separation in Pennsylvania you are still married.

Any rights to divide the marital estate spring from a divorce action so no divorce things stay as they are.
