Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

separation

I am currently in the process of ending a 12 year relationship(we are not married but living together) and we own a home together that he has a federal tax lien on and I am looking for help with this. I am also concerned that he has said that he will clean oyt the house while I am at work and don't know how to avoid this. Can you help? Thank you

You asked about separation after a long term relationship.

First, contact a local domestic relations lawyer. They should advise you to go around the house and take pictures of everything. You lawyer will have further advice on how to proceed.
