In a common law marriage that is ending ,how much time do i have to vacate the property? Am i entitled to furnishings i helped purchase while togehther .

You asked about a separation of a common law marriage.
PA no longer recognizes common law marriages that were not established as such prior to enactment of the self-uniting marriage act.
If the common law marriage satisfies that rule then the marriage should be dissolved by a divorce with property settlement.
You really need to speak with a family law attorney.
