Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am seperated from my spouse and pregnant with another mans child,who wants to raise his child with me. Does my spouse have legal rights to the child? If so what are they? I am in the process of divorcing him but it will not be finalized before the child is born.

If your spouse is the father he has rights. If he is not he has no right to the new baby at all.
